Fortitude Valley Railway Station is located 100 metres to the north-east and the railway line runs parallel to the north-western boundary of the site, separated by Ranwell Lane. The site is a 2,902 sqm. vacant block over two parcels with Wickham Street frontage, across the road from the main entrance to Brisbane’s Chinatown mall.
